For use in environments where a predetermined adjustable large volume of water at high flow needs be released from a water storage source while the storage source is being fed by a small and/or erratic feed source such as windmills or sun powered pumps.

Operation:

The valve automatically open once the water level in the source reaches a certain preset level and automatically close once the source is drawn down to a preset low level.
